we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your support of our Gold Walk in September. Your generous donations to Kisses From Friends Pediatric Cancer Foundation helped us raise awareness and funds for local children and families affected by pediatric cancer.
As our Mustang family says, “From Hoofbeats to Heartbeats—we are fighting pediatric cancer together.”
Thank you for standing with us in this important cause and for showing our students the true power of community, compassion, and hope.
With gratitude,
The Mustangs

Our first sharer of Greatness this school year is a staff member known at BES and BMS….Ms. Bullock, who was recently the guest speaker for the Lake Geneva Chapter of the Lyric Opera of Chicago. The Chapter first began supporting our students in 2017 when the fifth-grade students showed an interest in opera. They sent Tracy Cantin to Brookwood to perform for the students. Since then, Brookwood students have attended three opera performances through their sponsorship. The program is called Opera in the Neighborhood. The performances are 45 minutes long and are performed mostly in English. The fifth and sixth-graders will be attending Katie: The Strongest of the Strong later this month.
Way to go, Ms. Bullock!!!! We are SO #MustangProud of you!!!

Let’s flood our schools on October 22nd with orange and send a clear message: Bullying has no place at Brookwood Schools.
