Mustangs, don't forget...there is no school on Monday! If you are a BES virtual/blended student...material pick up will be on Tuesday --anytime after 9 am. See you on Tuesday, Mustangs!

Check out what our 7th and 8th graders made ----these beautiful color wheel eyes were developed in their drawing class!
Students could choose which medium they wanted to work in and they turned out awesome. Pictured artworks are done in colored pencil, marker, and watercolor. #BeBrookwood #BrookwoodsBest

To celebrate national Farm to School Month, students in grades 4/5 "crunched" into locally grown apples from Hafs Road Orchard! Schools around Wisconsin "crunched" at noon today! The socially distanced outdoor crunch was a huge success! The Great Lakes Apple Crunch hopes to get over 2 million crunches today and throughout the month of October!
Apples were purchased with a grant from Fuel Up to Play 60. Fuel Up to Play 60 is a school nutrition and exercise program launched by National Dairy Councils and the NFL in collaboration with the USDA to improve health and wellness for American's youth. This grant will help us continue to promote healthy eating and exercise all year long! #BeBrookwood #BrookwoodsBest

Did you know it’s “Twinning Tuesday?!” Just kidding....we made that up but Mr. Guth and Mr. Dwyer were definitely on the same page with it being Twinning Tuesday today! Mr. Dwyer has been Mr. Guth’s student teacher since the start of this school year and they’ve been having a blast working with our middle school students and their physical education skills. Today, Mr. Dwyer had the students play a game called “Bank It, Bounce It, Make It!” Students had to concentrate and work on trying to get their various sized bouncy balls into their teams basket. #BeBrookwood #BrookwoodsBest

We plan on sealing the rocks this next week so get your rocks down before we get them set for the chillier weather that’s coming up. #BeBrookwood #BrookwoodsBest
